When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class).  These orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, The Effortless Chic Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or UPS for an additional fee. 

NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL DATES INDICATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM. 

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email.

Return & Exchange Policy:

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return your item for a store credit.  Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and free of any stains with original tags attached. 

If your item does not fit, you may exchange your item for a different size if the size is available.  If your size is not available, you will receive a store credit for your item.

All returns & exchanges must made within 30 days of purchase.

If your item needs shipped for a return or exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All SALE items are non-returnable.
